There’s always something happening at Groundfloor, from community lunches and game nights to wine tastings, fitness classes, live music, and watch parties. Members can also participate in workshops led by fellow members on topics like storytelling, arts and crafts, goal setting, and more. Plus, with over 20 member-run interest groups—including supper club, run club, book club, and parents club—there are endless opportunities to connect with others who share your interests.

Membership ranges from $79–$300 per month, depending on the type of membership, location, and payment plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

At Groundfloor, we’re committed to building a strong community of members who regularly participate and engage. To maintain this consistency, we do not offer trial periods. However, if you’d like to get a feel of the experience, you’re welcome to book a tour and meet our team in person.

Yes, we offer partially subsidized memberships for individuals who identify with racial or ethnic minority groups and are early in their careers, typically within the first two years or transitioning to a new career. Currently, our scholarship fund is at capacity and will reopen for applications in Q2 2025.

The process is simple. After filling out the interest form, you’ll meet with a member of our team within a few days. Approval typically happens within a week.

Yes, you can bring one free coworking guest per week. Additional coworking guests before 4 PM on weekdays are welcome at a rate of $20 each. In the evenings and on weekends, you’re welcome to bring unlimited guests at no extra cost.

Yes, members can book meeting rooms and phone booths for up to 3 hours each day through the Groundfloor app. We have a few spots for walk-ins, but booking ahead is recommended. The lounge and outdoor areas are also great for casual calls.

No, memberships can be month-to-month, so there is no long-term contract. But we have found that the longer members stay at Groundfloor, the more they get out of it, because it gives them a chance to build deeper connections and relationships in the community.

If you have an annual All-in membership, you can pause your membership for up to three months. There is a $50 fee per month during the pause. Simply submit your pause request through the Groundfloor app.

You can cancel any time up until the day before your next payment is due. Just open the Groundfloor app, go to Settings, and submit your request in the “Have a question?” section.
